Website packages
Is there a minimum term?
Yes. All packages have a 12-month minimum term. After the minimum term, the service can be cancelled in line with your agreement.
What happens if I cancel?
Your managed website, hosting and email service ends when your paid service period ends. Your domain can be transferred to another registrar or provider of your choice.
Can I make changes to my website?
Yes. Normal content changes such as updating phone numbers, text, services, opening hours and images are included. New functionality, major redesign work or expansion outside the package scope is not a normal content change.
Do I get WordPress or cPanel access?
No. Our service is fully managed. We take care of the technical website, hosting and domain management for you.
What if I already own a domain?
We will guide you through transferring it to Web Professionals. You need access to the account where the domain is currently managed. If you have lost access, you will need to recover it with your current provider before we can complete the transfer.
Do you include business email?
Yes. Business email accounts are included up to the limit of your package.
