Your selected plan includes the website design, managed hosting, SSL, the included domain and email allowance, ongoing website management and normal content updates. SEO is included on the Local SEO and SEO Pro plans.
Is there a large setup fee?+
The standard service is designed around a monthly price rather than a large upfront website bill. Any exceptional or bespoke cost should be agreed clearly before work begins.
How long is the agreement?+
The standard packages have a 12-month minimum term. After that the service continues month to month unless otherwise agreed.
Do I need to manage anything technical myself?+
No. Web Professionals looks after the website, hosting and routine technical work for you.
Can you redesign an existing website?+
Yes. We can rebuild an existing site into the Web Professionals system, retain useful content and plan redirects when URLs need to change.
Can I use my existing domain?+
Yes in most cases. We can plan the domain move or DNS changes needed to launch the new website without unnecessarily changing your public address.
Are business email accounts included?+
Yes. The number included depends on your package. We can discuss migration if you already use business email on your domain.
What counts as a normal content update?+
Typical changes include wording, photos, contact information, service details and similar day-to-day edits. Larger new features or major restructures can be scoped separately if required.
What is the difference between Local SEO and SEO Pro?+
Both add ongoing search optimisation. SEO Pro is intended for businesses that want broader or more intensive targeting, content and optimisation activity.
Can I move to another package later?+
Yes. The service is designed so the website can move to a larger package or stronger SEO level as the business grows.
Who owns my domain?+
The domain should remain associated with your business. Web Professionals can manage the technical administration as part of the service.
How quickly can a website go live?+
Timing depends on the size of the site and how quickly we receive accurate business information, photos and feedback. We keep the build process straightforward and confirm expectations before work begins.
