Managed website service

Web Professionals provides a managed website service on a monthly subscription. All standard packages have a 12-month minimum term unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Website, domain and hosting

The website, hosting, SSL, technical management and included email service are supplied as part of the ongoing managed service. If the service is cancelled after the minimum term, the managed website, hosting and email service will end at the end of the paid service period.

A customer domain can be transferred to a registrar or provider chosen by the customer when the service ends, subject to registry/registrar rules and the account being up to date.

Content changes

Reasonable normal content changes are included, such as updating text, services, images, telephone numbers, prices and opening hours. Major redesigns, new functionality or work outside the package scope are not normal content changes.

Payment

Website production does not begin until the first payment has been confirmed. Failed or cancelled payments may place the account into a billing issue status. Any suspension of service is handled manually by Web Professionals.
